Launch of monthly open events at Middleton Hall Retirement Village

The award-winning Middleton Hall Retirement Village has launched a program of open house events so people can learn more about life in its friendly community.

Monthly events featuring a guest speaker and an opportunity to speak to current residents about the lifestyle the village offers have been scheduled throughout 2022. Optional tours of independent retirement properties and Middleton Hall amenities will be also available.

The first open event is Thursday, May 26 from 2-6 p.m. A cooking demonstration by Middleton Hall Retirement Village chef Ian De Hoedt, featuring dishes from the village’s popular Sri Lankan curry nights, will take place between 2 and 3 p.m.

Middleton Hall Retirement Village’s first open house event this month takes place between 2pm and 6pm on Thursday, May 26 at Middleton Hall Retirement Village, Middleton St George, Darlington, DL2 1HA. The cooking demonstration will take place between 2 and 3 p.m. with tours of the facilities and properties for sale offered between 3 and 6 p.m.

Middleton Hall has a strong focus on safety and won the ‘Best Response to Covid-19’ category at the Care Home Awards 2021. All visitors are asked to provide a negative lateral flow test and wear a face mask when of their visit. Help and support is available for on-arrival testing, if needed.
